Stashbricks — Terms of Use

Who we are

These terms govern your use of Stashbricks, an app published by:

By downloading or using Stashbricks, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Our privacy policy, available on this site, is part of these terms.

License and prohibited uses

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stashbricks on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app or any part of it;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits;
• use the app to break the law, infringe third-party rights or transmit malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service;
• circumvent technical limits of the app or of your subscription plan.

The app, its design, code and trademarks belong to ROCHA SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÕES LTDA or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.

Your account

You need an account to use Stashbricks. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Tell us immediately at hello@rochalabs.pro if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Account › Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice whenever the law requires it.

Your content

Everything you record in Stashbricks — links you save: URLs, titles, notes, bricks and boards you organize them into — remains yours. You grant us only the limited technical license needed to store, back up, sync and display this content to you, which is the sole purpose of the service. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not claim ownership of it.

You are responsible for the content you store, including for having the right to record any information about third parties.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Stashbricks offers optional paid subscriptions starting at R$ 5,90/month. Prices, plans and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancellation — App Store purchases: manage or cancel in your device settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation — Google Play purchases: manage or cancel in the Play Store app (profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation — web purchases: cancel inside the app or from your account page; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Withdrawal right: for purchases made outside the app stores, Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, art. 49) gives you 7 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund — just contact us.
• Refunds — store purchases: purchases made through Apple are refunded by Apple under its own policy (reportaproblem.apple.com); purchases made through Google Play follow the Google Play refund policy.
• Price changes: if we change subscription prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies only from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a subscription lapses, your account and content are preserved; only paid features become unavailable until you subscribe again.

Advertising

Stashbricks may display advertisements served by Google AdMob; paid plans remove them. Advertised products and services belong to the advertisers: we do not endorse them and are not a party to any purchase you make from them. How Google handles data for advertising is described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep Stashbricks available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features — or the app itself — and will give reasonable notice of material changes, including time to export your content where feasible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ROCHA SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÕES LTDA is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from decisions you make based on information organized in the app, from misuse of the app, or from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) guarantees you, including our liability for defects in the service, nor any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will give at least 15 days’ notice in the app or by email. If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using the app and, if you wish, delete your account.

App Store — additional terms

The following applies when you obtain the app from the Apple App Store, and is required by Apple:

• These terms are an agreement between you and us only, not with Apple. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Your license to use the app is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• We are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and defending any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.

Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barueri, State of São Paulo, except that if you are a consumer you may always choose the courts of your own domicile, as guaranteed by Brazilian consumer law.
